A Career in Human Resources

We offer internships in human resources and talent management at some of the most competitive companies in the world. Human resources are considered one of the fundamental departments of a company, because of its many primary roles: recruitment, professional training, predictive management of resources, conflicts and crisis situations, CSR policy development (Corporate social responsibility), labour law.

Our interns work in HR departments and actively participate in the recruitment and management process. Human resources internships involve active participation in the recruitment process and in the management of a company’s most important resource: its employees.

Candidate Profile

Interns will play a crucial role in recruiting new employees, evaluating programs, managing and much more. Our internships provide valuable industry experience and insight into the business landscape.

Mandates may include:
  • Assist in all aspects of the recruitment process, from job posting to interview and reference checks.
  • Use of key HR software or services to manage, rate, and integrate candidates more efficiently.
  • Facilitate the event planning process by supporting teams in the preparation of training workshops.
  • Internal policy development and staff compensation.

Remuneration for this type of career can be variable, with a mix of some or all of : fixed salary (depending on role/company), sales-based commission, performance-based bonus.
