Here are the general steps to apply for a Canadian visa for your internship:
1. Determine the type of visa

3. Gather the required documents

4. Submit your application
You can submit your work visa application online by creating your
IRCC account.
It is essential to fill out all sections carefully and upload all necessary documents.

5. Wait for the decision
The processing time may take several weeks (usually 4 to 8). You can monitor your application status via your IRCC account.
6. Fly to Canada
If your visa is approved, you’ll receive a letter of introduction to present at the Canadian border in order to obtain your work permit.
