Mandates and responsibilities may include:

Plan and organize the flow of goods (receiving, storage, shipping)
Monitor and analyze logistics indicators (stockout rate, inventory turnover, delivery times)
Optimize transport and warehousing processes
Coordinate actions between suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and internal or external clients

Remuneration for this type of career can be variable, with a mix of some or all of : fixed salary (depending on role/company), sales-based commission, performance-based bonus.
