The EIC process unfolds in three complementary stages:

EIC guides you at every stage, from the admission interview to visa approval.
Once your eligibility for the program is confirmed, a €450 deposit, deductible from the total program cost, is required to secure your place in the process.
You will then access your Candidate Portal, which includes video coaching modules and individual support to prepare for your interviews.
EIC organizes interviews with partner companies, assists with the search for funding options, and manages the administrative procedures related to the visa and the internship agreements.

Upon arrival, if you selected the housing option, EIC welcomes you at the airport and accompanies you to the student residence, which is modern and fully equipped.
An information session is held at the residence to introduce the on-site services before the start of your internship in the company.
Regardless of the options selected, our teams provide regular follow-up throughout your stay to ensure a smooth integration.
Monthly cultural and social events are organized to enrich the experience, encourage interaction between interns, and help you discover Canada.
At the end of the internship, a review meeting is held with your supervisor to assess your missions and what you have learned.
You will then have a final interview with EIC and officially join the EIC international network, an active community of former interns and professionals in Canada and abroad. This alumni network offers a supportive environment for career opportunities, collaborations, and international exchanges.
